What you send
Forms send your name, email, subject and message to Nortivo’s ticket system. Your email is used for confirmation, access to the ticket and replies. Do not include passwords, payment card information or other sensitive details.
Services used
Netlify serves the website and server functions. Supabase stores tickets and replies. Resend sends email. This website has no added analytics or marketing tracking.
Language and access
Your selected language is saved in this browser. On your first visit, Netlify’s approximate country information may select Norwegian in Norway; otherwise English. We do not use GPS. Temporary cookies verify access to a support ticket or the admin area.
Your records in the Arc app are separate from this website’s support data.
